Wednesday evening marked Senior Night for the 2011-12 Alma College Wrestling squad. The Scots earned a 30-11 victory on a night where the team and athletic department recognized the two seniors on the roster - Conrad Bovee (Ithaca, Mich./Ithaca) and Fletcher Roberts (Hampstead, N.C./Topsail).
"It was great to get a win at home and to see Fletcher get a win on senior night, even though Conrad did not get a chance to compete because of the forfeit," said Alma Head Coach Todd Hibbs. "I thought we were a little sluggish coming off the holiday break for most of our guys, but we came through it. Very happy for Casimer Strzynski that he was able to compete, and win, at home after battling through injuries. I also thought that John Julien, Jr. had a good match and now, we will get ready for Manchester this weekend."
