The Lady Scots (6-10, 3-6) took on Kalamazoo (4-14, 1-9) on their court and came away with a much needed 66-50 conference win.

Leading the way for the Scots was senior Ashley Matuzak (Saginaw/Nouvel C.C.) who shot 7-14 from the field and finished with a double-double, scoring 18 points and grabbing 12 boards in the win. Meagan Hoblet (Cadillac) continued to play well for the Maroon and Cream as she put up 12 points and a block in 28 minutes of play. Heather Keenan (Charlotte) went 4-4 from the field and finished eight points and five rebounds.

The Scots return home this Saturday as they host Olivet College for a 3:00 p.m. tip-off.
