ALMA, Mich. - Alma College women's basketball fell to 9-10 on the season and 4-9 in MIAA play. Katey Peacock (Gowen/Greenville) led all scorers with 27 points in 37 minutes of play.
With Hope leading 29-26 at the half, Alma could not overcome the difference, getting out-scored 38-32 in the second half.
Darcie Philp (Ubly) added 10 points and nine rebounds while Michelle Dettling (Chelsea) chipped in with nine points and four boards.
Alma returns to action Saturday (Feb. 12) when it travels to Notre Dame, Ind., to face St. Mary's College.
