Mikenna Kwiatkowski started in January 2026 and will begin her first season as an Assistant Coach in the fall of 2026.
Mikenna is a native of Gaylord, Michigan. She attended Spring Arbor University, where she earned a bachelors in Sports Management and graduated in 2024. During her collegiate career, Mikenna completed four years of competition with the Spring Arbor volleyball program as a right-side hitter.
Following her playing career, Mikenna gained coaching experience at Gaylord High School and with Avalanche Volleyball Club. In these roles, she taught athletes key fundamentals of the game, provided instruction during practices, games, and match settings, and assisted in developing practice plans and game schedules. She also worked closely with student-athletes on building mental strength and confidence on the court.
