Dave Littleton will enter his 2nd season as Assistant Women's Soccer Coach in the fall of 2026.

In 2025, Littleton assisted in engineered one of the largest single season turnarounds in program history. Alma posted a 9-8-1 record, winning eight more games than 2024, something that has only been done at Alma on one other occasion (2019, up eight wins from 2018). The Scots scored 43 goals, the most in a single season since 2016, and a +35 increase from the year prior. Alma also outscored opponents for the first time since 2019 with +14 goal differential on the season, which was also the best mark in over a decade. In MIAA play, Alma posted a 1-6-1 record, narrowly missing out on a handful of results. Despite an identical record to 2024, the progress still showed, as the 2025 squad posted an average MIAA goal margin of -1.1 goals, down an entire goal from the year prior. The Scots also scored six goals against Olivet, the most tallies that Alma has recorded against a conference opponent since 2017.

He currently serves as a staff coach with Nationals Soccer Club in Lansing, MI, and has been the Girls Varsity Soccer Coach at Haslett High School since 2014. Having played as a goalkeeper at Western Michigan University, Littleton holds multiple USSF Coaching Licenses, as well as USC Goalkeeper Level 1 & 2 certifications. Notable achievements include leading the Haslett High School Girls Varsity Team to multiple championships and earning multiple Coach of the Year accolades, as well as helping Great Lakes Christian College earn NCCAA National Runner-Up and Regional Champion titles.
