Addie Pastor will enter her 1st season at Head Women's Lacrosse Coach in the Spring of 2026.
Pastor comes to Alma having spent the last four years as a head coach at Metro Detroit Lacrosse. In that time, she has coached 15 athletes who went on to play at the collegiate level across all divisions. Prior to that, she spent time as an assistant coach at True Lacrosse, located in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Pastor also has experience at the high school level, working with the girls lacrosse program at Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor, joining the staff for the 2025 season.
In addition to her coaching experience, Pastor has spent time in the marketing realm, working at University of Detroit Mercy in the athletics department in 2024-25, and completing work with the Kalamazoo Growlers of the Northwoods League.
Pastor is a 2023 graduate of MIAA rival Albion College, where she was a three-year captain for the Britons. While at Albion, she scored 152 goals, and recorded 35 assists for a total of 187 points, also collecting 144 draw controls. In her senior season, she set a program record for goals in a single season with 70 tallies, and holds single-game records for points (16) and goals (13). Pastor was a two-time All-MIAA selection, earning first team honors as a senior, and was a part of the 2022 MIAA championship team.
Following her time at Albion, Pastor spent her final season of eligibility at Eastern Michigan University, aiding in the development and culture setting of a program that was only in it’s 3rd season of existence at the time.
A native of Kalamazoo Michigan, Pastor graduated with Cum Laude honors from Albion, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communication in 2023. In 2024 she earned her Graduate Certificate in Integrated Marketing Communication from Eastern Michigan University.
