Annual Alma College Pink Game set for Saturday

Head Coach Keisha Brown and the Alma College Women's Basketball team will be holding their annual "Pink Game" on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 3 p.m. in the Art Smith Arena.

The Scots tip off against Calvin at 3 p.m. directly following the women's reserve game at 1 p.m.

The event, designed to raise breast cancer awareness, will feature raffles, informational booths and a remembrance wall.

There will be six different raffles on Saturday, with winners getting either a Pink Basket, Alma Bookstore basket, Valentines basket, baked goods basket, movie basket, or a mystery basket.

Along with the raffles, the team will be selling homemade cotton candy for $2.

All proceeds and donations from this event will go towards the Angel Wings Foundation, which was created to provide support to children whose parent has passed away due to cancer.

After the women's game, the Alma College men's reserve team will play at 5 p.m. before the varsity team takes on Olivet at 7 p.m.
