Alma, Mich. – The Alma College men's soccer team scored in the 95th minute in a scrum in front of the net on a Kyle Farmer (Greenville, Mich./Greenville) rebound and shot. With the goal, the Scots were victorious in their MIAA Semifinal match on Thursday, topping Adrian College 1-0.

With Calvin's victory over Albion, the Scots will be traveling to Calvin for the 2016 MIAA Championship. The match will be on Saturday, November 5th at 2:30 p.m.

Thursday's matchup was an extremely tight contest of defenses, finishing with Nick Strait's (Jenison, Mich./Jenison) tenth shutout on the season, improving his overall record to 11-4-1.

The final score of 1-0 in favor of Alma was not out of the ordinary either, as the Scots have defeated Adrian in all three contests this season with that final.
