Men's Lacrosse Falls at Albion

Albion, Mich. - The Alma College men's lacrosse team fell on the road at Albion College 27-10 on Tuesday night (Apr. 6). With the loss Alma's record drops to 4-8 overall and 1-2 in MIAA play.

Albion would begin the game on a 7-0 run before Drew Gulick found the back of the net for the Scots. It would be the only goal for the Scots in the first half. The Britons would take a 17-1 lead into the locker room. Byron Weber would score the Scots second goal on an assist from Chase Hunyadi. Alma would not be able to dig itself out of the hole however. Connor Alley, Trevor Bailey, and Haden Johnson were the other goal scorers for the Scots. Bailey and Alley led Alma with three goals each. Hunyadi led the Scots with five assists, while Weber picked up 10 ground balls. 

In net Parker Macco made seven saves, while Thomas Burns came in and made five saves. 

Alma will return home to Bahlke Field and face Hope College on Saturday (Apr. 10) at 7:00 p.m.
