Alma, Mich. - Freshman Chase Hunyadi (Pepper Pike, Ohio/University School) has been named the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week for the second straight week, it was announced today (Monday, April 10) by the league office.

Hunyadi scored nine goals and added an assist for 10 points as the Scots split their first two conference games, falling by a 15-9 margin at Hope College on Wednesday (April 5) before rebounding with a 13-8 victory at Trine University on Saturday (April 8).

Hunyadi scored four goals against the Flying Dutchmen before tallying five goals and an assist in the win at Trine. In addition, he scored a man-up goal in each contest and converted nine of his 15 shots on goal during the week.
