Alma College Announces Spectator Policy for Outdoor Venues

ALMA, Mich. – The Alma College athletics department has released a spectator policy for each outdoor venue for the 2021 spring semester. This policy has been updated and will go into effect on March 25th. Alma College will continue to reevaluate the policy as the semester continues.

Each sport has its own specific set of guidelines in regards to the amount of family members each participating student-athlete and coach will be allowed to have at the contest as detailed below. Each attending family member must come from the same household, including children. These spots are non-transferable. Some exceptions may apply to the same household, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact athetics@alma.edu. Family members will be contacted via email about reserving their spots for upcoming games.

Alma College community members (students, staff, and faculty) will be allowed to be spectators at each contest. Campus community members will sign-up using the sign-up genius linked in the event on the Alma College campus calendar. Links will be shared three days before the competition is set to start. Once all spots are filled, registration will close. Use your alma.edu email address to be granted access to the competition.

For competition days that include a junior varsity game, spectators will be allowed to attend both the junior varsity and varsity games. There will not be a separate sign up between the junior varsity contest and the varsity contest.
